Management and leadership skills are critical as the manager directly coaches and develops the customer service representatives (CSR) and tellers to create an effective team environment. This position is responsible for managing the office performance in several key categories including but not limited to customer service, sales, referrals, deposits, loans, employee performance, operations, schedules, and compliance. He/she should be confident and pro-active in making outside sales calls to business customers and business prospects, promoting the bank in the community events, to conduct bank at work presentations and assisting in the growth of this office.

This individual must have prior banking experience in operations, loans, and deposit products in order to provide and assist in customer service. Prior management experience is required.
